e-Filing is now available for attorneys in civil cases in the Metropolitan Court for both initial and subsequent filings.

We’ve made it easier to conduct court business from home. 

Metro Court is now accepting pleadings via email at: metrpleadings@nmcourts.gov or via fax at: (505) 222-4831.

In addition to the many forms available on our Self-Help Center page, the court has updated its most-commonly used forms so that they can be completed electronically:

-Motion for Continuance
-Motion for Extension
-Request for Telephonic Hearing
