Case Preparation & Records initiates cases from citations, criminal complaints and felony arrest warrants.

The CPR Division; creates court files, maintains and schedules Pro Tem cases, maintains the File Room, delivers files throughout the court, files return mail, initiates custody and felony arraignment cases and court files, sets hearings, maintains the traffic and custody arraignment calendars, processes Traffic Arraignment closeouts, picks up, processes and distributes court mail and processes excusals and recusals.
