The Human Resources Division supports the day-to-day operations of the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court.

Services include employee recruitment, employment, compensation, employee relations and administration of employee benefits and payroll, training and staff development. The HR Division is committed to providing the highest quality in customer service to employees, management, judges and the public. HR partners with management to recruit and retain a highly qualified, diverse staff; facilitate positive employee relations; and coordinate training to enhance employee skills, performance and job satisfaction. A primary focus of the division is to provide management and its employees with a comprehensive and supportive human resource system based on integrity and sound management principles in support of the Court’s mission and management objectives.
