The Purchasing Division is made up of one Support Services Manager and three Procurement Specialists.  The Support Services Manager is also the Chief Procurement Officer for the court.

The Purchasing Division is a unique division of the court. It provides support services to the court, as its customers are the court’s judges and employees. The Purchasing Division is responsible for the efficient procurement of goods and services for the court. Purchasing is tasked with filling supply requests, procuring goods and services, shipping and receiving, errands and deliveries, the coordination and set up of special events, fixed asset tracking and management, and coordination and oversight of all archived document destructions.

Purchasing staff is charged with the procurement of all contractual obligations, utilities, supplies, annual subscriptions and memberships, court travel, IT equipment, and continued maintenance and repair of the courthouse facility and parking structure.

Purchasing works closely with the Finance Division to ensure there is adequate budget for all purchases. We also work closely with the Office of General Counsel for all contractual obligations, as well as informal and formal solicitations.
