Those looking to bond someone out of custody from the Metropolitan Detention Center can visit the court’s in-custody bonding window located in the Customer Service Division during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You may also post a bond at the court’s external walk-up Bonding Window, located on the south end of the building. The Bonding Window is open Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
To complete a transaction, you need to bring cash to post the bond, a valid state identification card or driver’s license, and the name of the person in custody. After the bond has been posted, the clerk will process the necessary paperwork and contact the jail for release.
